I have been nominated by the Visual Studies faculty at the University of Toronto to represent my school in the annual BMO Art One competition along with two other graduating students.

This is a huge honour and I am extremely excited to be taking part in it! This is a huge national competition, and the work chosen will be showcased at the Museum of Modern Contemporary Canadian Art.

And my recent photoshoot with the Goodbye Glory (www.myspace.com/goodbyegloryband) guys are shaping up. These will be posted in my Facebook artist page, as well as my Flickr and my website, once I have time to update those. I have been swamped by (paid) commissions from UofT and some requests from the VIS faculty; you can imagine how booked my schedule is. In two weeks I will be spending a month in California before I resume working on my portfolio in my year off.

Anomaly was a huge success and I sold two works, though the show itself is not all about selling the art. These people approached me privately and we worked out a deal. The money that I've earned will pay for my maxed-out credit card and part of my tuition; I've been so broke after thesis.
